The Northwest corridor of the Twin Cities is great for all family types and individuals of all ages. This area has great shopping, restaurants, schools, entertainment and great outdoor parks and recreation facilities. I not only grew up and have lived in these communities; Chanhassen, Maple Grove, Champlin & Elk River; I have raised my three boys who are extremely active in all types of sports and activities, so there are very few parks or libraries, stores, schools, & restaurants that I haven't visited at least once over the last 40 years.
